Under Mr. Pettersson’s leadership, he transformed Thule from an automotive aftermarket accessories business into a lifestyle consumer brand company. Mr. Pettersson brings over 35 years of experience in sourcing, evaluating and acquiring businesses throughout the world. Mr. Pettersson is the current chairman of Brink NV, the leading towing hitch business in Europe. Mr. Pettersson served as a director of Kensington SPAC I from June 2020 until it consummated its initial business combination in November 2020 and served as a director of Kensington SPAC II from February 2021 until it consummated its initial business combination in October 2021. Mr. Pettersson is Chairman of Wallbox N.V., a provider of EV charging solutions. He is also a director of Kensington SPAC V.
